Meeting on Executive Committee Formation and Industrial Issues at Gundlav IKAI
A significant meeting was held on 22nd May 2026 at Trans Electro, Gundlav IKAI, in the esteemed presence of Shri Ishwarbhai Patel, Pramukh Gujarat Pradesh, along with Shri Mehul Patel, Pramukh Valsad District, Shri Santoshkumar, Mahamantri Valsad District, and Shri Shailesh Parekh, Pramukh Gundlav IKAI. The meeting witnessed the participation of all newly appointed office bearers of Gundlav IKAI.
The primary agenda of the meeting included the declaration of the new executive committee team for the tenure 2025–27. Discussions were also held regarding preparations and participation for the upcoming India Industrial Fair scheduled to be held in October.
Industrialists present during the meeting highlighted several practical challenges being faced in business operations, particularly concerning ESIC-related matters and the process of obtaining character certificates required for working in critical sectors. Detailed deliberations were conducted on possible solutions and procedural improvements to ensure smoother industrial functioning and ease of doing business.
The meeting also reviewed the progress of new membership expansion activities and emphasized strengthening organizational outreach among entrepreneurs and industrial units in the region.
