Minutes of Monthly Meeting – June'24 Laghu Udyog Bharati Ajmer Mahila Ikai
1. Discussion on July month events
2. Seminars to promote entrepreneurship in colleges/schools – For this every member should provide the details of atleast one school or college where we can do so. Members can informally talk to the teachers of schools or colleges, and then we will send a formal mail asking the convenient date. So request all the members to provide the details latest by 5th July – @ Aakansha, @Shilpi & @Anoushka plz take the lead
3. Organise Industrial Visit for college students – For this members are requested to volunteer who wish to conduct such activity at their premises.. We can plan a series of industrial visits for different colleges.
@ Sangeeta, @ Priyanka, @ Kavita bhabhi, @ Archana bhabhi plz take the lead and plan by 2nd July
4. @ Rakhi Agarwal ji @Sangeeta Toshniwal ji, @ Shilpa Garg ji and @ Deepti Gupta ji will be the incharge/host for next monthly meeting on 25th July (Thursday)
5. For Swayamsiddha- Exhibition at Urban Haat – 1st Sept to 7th Sept –
(a) Cultural events planning committee – Ankita, Lata ji, Archana ji, Mridula ji, Kishori ji, Ritu ji, Aakansha ji Plz plan out by 15th July so that we can advertise accordingly.
(b) Swayamsiddha Publicity Committee – Nidhi ji , Neha ji, Manju ji, Shivani ji, Ambika ji, Ankita ji… Plz provide ur inputs regarding marketing techniques, media partners, sponsorships, publicity material etc by 15th July..
Note- Besides above if any member wants to be a part of any of the above Swayamsiddha committee plz dm.
Some more allocation of work will be done by middle of July
