A “District Export Promotion Committee” (DEPC) meeting organized by DICC was held for Sonitpur District under the chairmanship of Deputy Commissioner Bhupesh Ch Das. The meeting was also co-chaired by Addl Director General of Foreign Trade, ( Addl DGFT), Sasikumar.
The meeting was also attended by ADC Romy Barua, all the member line department HODs, North Assam Chambers of Commerce & Industry ( NAACI), Laghu Udyog Bharati, prominent locall entrepreneur Manoj Basumatary, Potential Exporters and Exporters, Lead Bank Manager, AGM, Nabard etc.
The meeting approved the “Sonitpur Export Plan” prepared by DICC which was presented before the house by PPT mode.
