Laghu Udyog Bharati Pune successfully organised its Monthly Programme at Savarkar Hall, MES Garware College, Pune, with enthusiastic participation from over 50 members of the MSME fraternity. The programme reflected the organisation’s continued efforts to create meaningful platforms for learning, interaction, and growth among entrepreneurs.
The session focused on the theme “Entrepreneurs & Effective Social Media Presence for Business Growth”, aimed at empowering MSMEs with practical insights into branding, networking, and digital growth strategies. In the current competitive business environment, the discussion highlighted how a strong digital presence and strategic communication can significantly contribute to sustainable business expansion.
The highlight of the programme was an inspiring address by Amit Ghaisas, Managing Director of Yashaprabha Group and Chairman, Laghu Udyog Bharati Maharashtra. Sharing his first-hand experience of attending the World Economic Forum Annual Meeting at Davos, he spoke about the immense global opportunities available for Indian MSMEs. He emphasised that such international platforms are not limited to large corporates alone and can open doors for MSMEs to explore collaborations, technology partnerships, policy-level insights, and access to global markets. His address encouraged entrepreneurs to think globally while acting locally.
The Chief Guest, Prashant Dandekar, Director of Marathi Kida, delivered a highly engaging and practical session on leveraging social media and YouTube for brand building. He explained how MSMEs can effectively use platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube to create value-driven content, build credibility, engage audiences, and generate consistent business leads. He also highlighted the importance of content strategy, engagement techniques, and video marketing in establishing a strong and impactful digital presence.
The participants actively engaged with both speakers through discussions and interactions, making the session lively and insightful.
