Strengthening Skilled Manpower Through Collaboration
Addressing the ongoing challenge of skilled manpower shortage, Laghu Udyog Bharati hosted a productive meeting today at its State Office with around 25 faculty members and Training & Placement Officers (Electrical, Fitter, and Welder trades) from Model ITI Bhopal, along with fellow industrialists.
This initiative is expected to play a key role in meeting our future skilled manpower requirements. Special thanks to Shri Jitendra Gupta ji, Mrs. Uma Sharma ji, Shri Arvind Kaleji, Vinod Nair ji, Nitin Kamrishi ji, and Inderjeet Jaspal ji for their dedicated efforts.
In the coming days, ITI teams will be visiting our industries, while our entrepreneurs will also engage with the ITIs. This collaborative approach aims to ensure an accurate and timely supply of skilled manpower. Cooperation from all stakeholders is highly appreciated.
