LUB Tirupur Chapter Office Bearers Meeting – 3rd September 2025
Tirupur chapter successfully conducted its second district office bearers and EC members meeting on 3rd September 2025, with a total of 14 members participating, including 2 new members, under the guidance of State Secretary Shri Bala.
Key Highlights of the Meeting:
District President, Shri Sridhar Ji, emphasized the significance of digital marketing, ZED certification, and LEAN certification for the growth and sustainability of member businesses.
Vice President, Shri Manavalan Ji, discussed the current economic scenario, particularly the impact of American duties on Tirupur garment exports, and suggested exploring alternative markets beyond the US.
Secretary, Shri Saravanan Ji, highlighted the importance of membership growth. He proposed dividing the district zone-wise among office bearers to enhance outreach and bring in new members. He also discussed the “9 Pillar Concept” under each pillar head for the district, with a framework to be finalized shortly. Plans were also made to celebrate Vishwakarma Jayanthi in a grand manner on 17th September at a member’s factory, along with a common program for all members.
