LUB Coimbatore Chapter Organizes "CSIR: An Introduction" Program
The Laghu Udyog Bharati (LUB) Coimbatore Chapter recently organized a captivating program titled "CSIR: An Introduction" at the Chamber Building, Coimbatore.
The event featured Dr. G.S. Ayyappan, Senior Scientist of CSIR – CSIO Chennai, as the distinguished speaker. Dr. Ayyappan captivated the audience with insights into various fully developed technologies and research products designed to benefit the MSME sector. He emphasized how LUB members could leverage collaborations with CSIR laboratories to drive innovation and growth in their enterprises.
The session, initially scheduled for 1.5 hours, extended to an engaging 3.5 hours, with the audience maintaining rapt attention throughout. This was a testament to the value and relevance of the knowledge shared.

State Secretary M. Sathyanarayanan presented the highlights of SANGAMAM 2024, recently held in Chennai, adding valuable context to the proceedings.
National LUB EC Member Ms. Vijayaraghavan presided over the event, providing guidance and encouragement to attendees.
The program was skillfully organized by Chapter President Nallathambi, Secretary Shivasakthi, and Treasurer Chandar.
Approximately 80 participants, including members from Coimbatore, Tirupur, and Salem districts, attended the program. Notably, the event witnessed encouraging participation from Mahila members, highlighting the growing involvement of women entrepreneurs in such initiatives.
