LUB Coimbatore Chapter,successfully hosted a Lean Manufacturing Awareness (LEAN) Program jointly with DIC Coimbatore The program, themed “Lean Manufacturing – Boosting Productivity, Reducing Waste,” was led by the distinguished Mr. K. Vijaya Raju, Dy. Director of National Productivity Council Chennai. an recognized expert in the field, guided the participants through the core tenets of LEAN manufacturing focused on practical and actionable knowledge. The interactive sessions gave valuable insights on key areas like Eliminating Waste, Improving Operational Efficiency, Enhancing Product Quality, Cost-Saving Strategies, Leveraging Government Support for MSMEs. The program was graced by the presence of esteemed officials from DIC. The event drew an engaged audience of over 40 members.
