LUB Madurai Chapter Meeting Report
The LUB Madurai Chapter organized a successful meeting on December 13, 2024, with Shri. Jayendran, Joint General Secretary, LUB Tamil Nadu State, as the Chief Guest. Attended by 65 enthusiastic participants, the event featured insightful discussions, technical sessions, and valuable networking opportunities.
The meeting commenced with a warm welcome address by Shri. L. Aravind, President of the LUB Madurai Chapter, who introduced the Chief Guest and set the tone for the proceedings. Shri. A. Shyam Narayanan, Secretary, provided an engaging overview of LUB’s mission and initiatives to empower entrepreneurs, while Shri. A. Jegapathirajan, Vice President, honored the Chief Guest in a gesture of appreciation.
During the technical sessions, Shri. Jayendran captivated the audience with two impactful presentations. In the first session, “Success through Emotional Intelligence,” he emphasized the importance of overcoming 13 ego-related traits to achieve entrepreneurial success. His motivational insights and emphasis on ethical business practices deeply resonated with the participants. In the second session, “Technology Transfer through CSIR (Council of Scientific & Industrial Research),” he explained the opportunities CSIR’s initiatives offer to MSMEs, highlighting innovative solutions and their potential for business growth.
The event concluded with a vote of thanks by Shri. V.P. Thirupathi Raja, Member of the LUB Madurai Chapter, who expressed gratitude to the Chief Guest, the organizing team, and the participants for their contributions.
