As part of the 32nd LUB Foundation Day celebrations, LUB Trichy Chapter organized a special health camp in collaboration with Thulasi Pharmacy and The Eye Foundation to promote wellness among LUB Members and their staff. The medical check-up camp offered a range of essential health services, including blood sugar tests, blood pressure monitoring, eye examinations, lung health screenings, ear screenings, and general consultations. The event reflected LUB Trichy's strong commitment to supporting the well-being of its members and their workforce, who play a crucial role in driving local industries. The camp witnessed an enthusiastic turnout, with around 80 participants from LUB and other MSMEs located in the Thuvakudi SIDCO region. Its seamless execution was made possible by the dedicated efforts of Chapter Vice President Mr. V. Kannan, Joint Secretary Mr. G. Nageswaran, State EC Member Mr. Ramachandran, key member Mr. Swaminathan, and other active LUB members, whose teamwork and commitment were instrumental in the event’s success. The presence of State Joint General Secretary Mr. K. Jayendran and Chapter President Mr. Satheesh G added significance to the event, as they highlighted the critical importance of health and wellness in sustaining industrial growth. This initiative not only provided vital medical services but also strengthened community bonds and emphasized the role of preventive healthcare in enhancing productivity and quality of life. Beneficiaries appreciated the efforts of LUB and expressed a strong desire to conduct such camps regularly. Responding positively, the LUB State Team assured that similar health camps would be organized periodically for the benefit of the extended LUB family. The LUB Trichy team sincerely thanks the management and staff of Thulasi Pharmacy, The Eye Foundation, and The BIDASS for their generous support in making the event a resounding success.
