Here are the key highlights from the Laghu Udyog Bharati – Karur District Unit inauguration event held on 24.05.2024:
1. Karur became the 22nd district unit of Laghu Udyog Bharati (LUB) in Tamil Nadu.
2. The event was attended by the National EC member Ms. Vijayaragavan, Tamil Nadu State President M Sivakumar, State Joint General Secretaries Kalyan Sundaram and Jayendran, State Secretary Narayanasamy, Trichy District President Sathish, and Hosur President Senthil.
3. The new office bearers for Karur District were announced by State President – District President Easwaramoorthy, Secretary Ramprakash, State EC Member cum Skill Development Co-coordinator and District EC Members
4. Government officials like the GOI Textile Committee Deputy Director from Karur, Shri Gowri Shankar, and SBI Bank Chief Manager Shri. Srivathsan and Branch Manager Shri. Sujith participated and explained various government schemes.
5. The National EC Member, State President and office bearers of Tamil Nadu LUB explained the organization's role in serving small and micro industries, the six-pillar concepts, and the goal of taking the organization to the next level for the benefit of SME members.
6. Many local entrepreneurs participated in the event and interacted with the LUB office bearers.
7. The event was well-organized by the Karur team of Laghu Udyog Bharati.
