LUB Tamil Nadu – Tiruvallur District: First Meeting of New Office Bearers
The first meeting of the newly formed LUB Tiruvallur District 2025–27 team was held with great enthusiasm. Out of 10 Executive Committee (EC) members, 9 were present along with 2 State representatives. The meeting commenced with a self-introduction session of all the attending members. Several important points were discussed and finalized during the meeting.
It was decided that monthly meetings will be held on the second Saturday of every month at a different venue or member unit to encourage participation and inclusiveness. Additionally, a bi-monthly meeting will be organized for existing and potential members, with a special focus on skill development and business growth.
To promote members' businesses, a flyer featuring details of individual units/businesses will be circulated within the group. The concept of the 6 Pillars of the organization was explained, and volunteers along with an EC member were finalized for each pillar. Member grievances will be collected in a Google Sheet format, reviewed, and addressed regularly by a designated core team.
Each district EC member will be responsible for introducing one new member every month to strengthen the organization. The meeting was guided by State Secretary Shri Premanand and Shri Chandrasekar. The event was successfully organized by District President Shri Thyagarajan, District Secretary Shri Subramani, and Shri Jaishankar.
