A delegation led by MR.Parveen Pargal ji, President #LUB #JammuKashmir lmet with @byadavbjp ji, Honorable Minister of Forest, Climate Change, Labour and Environment, Gov of India and discussed the following two prospects:

1)Parity of Provident Fund Act implemented all over India with the one enacted in J&K UT. The employer should be given an option of exemption for filing PF for upto 19 employees and PF should be made mandatory for 20 employees or more for firms already registered with EPFO.

2) Regularisation and Revision of pollution list and inclusion of more micro and small industries in white list in order to empower and enable them to fucntion more efficiently and effectively.
