Today, we had the opportunity to visit four ITIs as part of Laghu Udyog Bharati’s skill development program. It was a wonderful experience where we had the chance to see their labs and understand their operations. This initiative can serve as a bridge between industry and training institutes, facilitating the recruitment of skilled staff.
In this project, our goal is to visit all 53 ITIs, and eventually, Laghu Udyog Bharati will expand this effort to a national level. We plan to form teams of three members each, with each team assigned to visit five ITIs.
