Meeting with Minister of Water and PWD Delhi, Sh Parvesh Verma
A delegation of LUB Delhi today met Hon'bl Minister of Water & PWD Sh. Parvesh Verma. LUB thanked the minister for his earnest efforts to bring the state of the art UER 2 expressway in Delhi. LUB made the minister & other officials aware of the issues related to Ground Water Extraction in Delhi, uninstalled Water meters in Patparganj Industrial Area plus also raised the issue of bad condition of NH 9 Rohtak Road. A formal memorandum was handed over by the LUB & received an assurance for a near future formal meeting with the concerned department officers to address the issues raised by LUB. On the condition of NH 9 Rohtak Road the minister was well aware of the grave situation and is personally monitoring the development work going on in that stretch of the road.
