LUB Delegation Engages with MoLE to Strengthen MSMEs and Promote Industrial Safety Awareness


The Laghu Udyog Bharati (LUB) delegation recently held a constructive meeting with Shri Alok Chandra, Additional Secretary, Ministry of Labour & Employment (MoLE), and Dr. Mahendra Kumar, Joint Secretary, Industrial Safety & Health Division, MoLE. Representing LUB were Shri Madhu Sudan Dadu, All India President; Shri Om Prakash Gupta, All India General Secretary; Smt. Anju Bajaj, National Secretary; and Shri Ramakant Bharadwaj, AIEC Member.

The discussion focused on the holistic strengthening of Micro and Small Enterprises, addressing specific provisions of the Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Act, particularly Sections 57 and 14, and exploring MoLE’s support for awareness programs in industrial clusters and areas. The meeting emphasized collaboration to enhance workplace safety, regulatory compliance, and industry-wide awareness initiatives, reinforcing LUB’s commitment to the welfare and growth of MSMEs.
