The 2nd Bi-Weekly Meeting of 2026 of Laghu Udyog Bharati (LUB), Odisha Purba was successfully held on 20th February 2026 at the LUB Camp Office, Mancheswar, Bhubaneswar. The meeting was attended by 14 members, including senior office bearers and active members of the organization.
The session commenced with a welcome address by the General Secretary, Er. Pradeep Kumar Nayak, followed by the recitation of “Om” three times. The minutes of the previous meeting were reviewed, and the progress of previously assigned responsibilities was assessed. Members were encouraged to complete pending tasks within the revised timelines.

Members actively participated in discussions and shared valuable suggestions to strengthen organizational functioning and expand outreach activities.
A significant outcome of the meeting was the proposal to form various committees with designated responsible members to ensure efficient management and decentralized leadership. Additionally, preliminary steps were initiated to establish new ekai units in Soro, Jaleswar, and Puri to expand the organization’s footprint.
The meeting concluded with a vote of thanks to the Chair and all participants for their active involvement and commitment towards the growth of small-scale industries.
