The event was inaugurated by Karnataka’s Hon’ble Health Minister, Sh. Dinesh Gundu Rao, who captivated the audience with his thoughtful and informed address. A key highlight of the event was the Minister’s interaction with Dr. Rajesh Gupta, during which he expressed his heartfelt regards to Himachal Pradesh’s Hon’ble Chief Minister, Sh. Additionally, the Minister extended his warm regards to Himachal Pradesh’s Hon’ble Health Minister, Col.
