Laghu Udyog Bharati, Jammu & Kashmir (LUB JK), in collaboration with the Jammu and Kashmir Entrepreneurship Development Institute (JKEDI), successfully organized a one-day practical training session for budding students on the topic “Wheat-Based Food Processing.” The training aimed to provide hands-on exposure and industry insights into the value-added processes involved in wheat-based products. A total of thirty enthusiastic students participated in the session, accompanied by an expert mentor from JKEDI, who guided them through the technical aspects and practical applications of the subject. The initiative reflects the shared commitment of LUB JK and JKEDI towards skill development, entrepreneurship promotion, and encouraging youth to explore opportunities in the food processing sector.
