On 1st June 2025, the All India State Incharge meeting of Laghu Udyog Bharati (LUB) Women Wing was held, bringing together 16 dedicated members from various states. The meeting was organized by Anju Bajaj ji and coordinated by Anju Singh ji. It served as a vital platform to discuss upcoming events, standard procedures, and sustainable practices for the growth of women entrepreneurs under LUB.

Anju Bajaj ji shared details about the forthcoming National Adhiveshan scheduled for 11th–13th September, in which, for the first time, women wing members will be officially participating. Each ikai will be represented by the Adhyaksh, Sachiv, Koshadhyaksh, and three additional active members, who must register in advance. She also emphasized that all Swayamsiddha Melas should now incorporate structured events and adhere strictly to the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) circulated via email. Only LUB members are allowed to participate in these Melas. Important SOP elements include a designated entry-exit system for security, printed participant booklets, bill books bearing the same name as registered under Udyam, and the encouragement of specific product-based fairs.

Further, Anju Bajaj ji informed that only women entrepreneurs with a valid Udyog Aadhaar card will be eligible for executive posts moving forward, aiming to strengthen the organization's entrepreneurial foundation. Manju Saraswat ji proposed the idea of offering free stalls in the Melas to support wider participation, while Uma ji highlighted the need to allocate space for Gram Shilpi members to set up live demonstration stalls. Jayanti ji added a forward-looking perspective by stressing the importance of Net Zero practices, advocating for environment-conscious measures such as shared transport, reusable water pots, and minimal electricity use during LUB events.

The meeting concluded with active inputs from all 16 members, including Rekha Rani Jain, Seema ji, Priya ji, Chandni ji, Mera Garg, Swati Sharma, Rita ji, Arpita ji, Rupali ji, Puja Gupta, and Saroj ji, reflecting a shared commitment to structured growth, inclusivity, and sustainable development in the women entrepreneur ecosystem of LUB.
