A Meeting was held in New Delhi by the Ministry of MSME, chaired by Dr. Rajneesh, AS & DC. Shri R.K. Rai, ADC, DDG BIS and Senior officials from M/O MSME & M/O Consumer affairs were present too along with representatives from various industry associations. Laghu Udyog Bharati too submitted multiple representations, seeking relief from various Quality Control Orders (QCOs) impacting MSMEs across sectors. Meeting focused on assessing the impact of QCOs on industries like textiles, steel casting, footwear, and plastics. The Ministry assured that these concerns will be addressed to support MSME growth and such interactive meetings would continue in future as well.
