On 28th June 2025, the state witnessed a grand confluence of industry leaders and entrepreneurs at the “Udyami Sammelan”, organized by Laghu Udyog Bharati (West Bengal). The event brought together over 800 participants from across the Eastern & North-Eastern states including Odisha, Jharkhand, Bihar, Assam, Sikkim, and beyond — marking it as one of the most significant gatherings of small, micro, medium, and large industries.

The day began with an Abhyas Varg & Kshetriya Sammelan exclusively for LUB members, followed by the main Udyami Sammelan.
Both Hon’ble Ministers delivered inspiring and heartfelt speeches, addressing the long-pending demands of MSMEs, which were beautifully presented by Shri Pravin Kumar Agarwal Ji. Their warmth and responsiveness felt like a family conversation, giving hope and strength to the entire sector.
An industry exhibition was also held alongside the event, showcasing innovations and contributions from various sectors, including railways and other LUB member enterprises.
