On 8th April 2026 at 11:00 AM, the Khammam branch of Laghu Udyog Bharati (LUB), Telangana, successfully organized a motivational and skill development session at the Government ITI College campus, Tekulapally, Khammam.
The session was conducted under the guidance and support of Sri A. Srinivas Rao, Principal, Government ITI Khammam. The primary objective of the program was to enhance teaching methodologies, strengthen skill development practices, and equip faculty members with effective guidance techniques to better align students with industry expectations.
The event was coordinated by Sri Shiva Ram Prasad, Organising Secretary, LUB Telangana, with active support from Sri Shobi Shankar, Secretary, LUB Khammam Branch.
Sri Om Anuj Khandelwal, State Treasurer, LUB Telangana, also participated in the session and emphasized the importance of strong collaboration between industry and educational institutions to build a skilled workforce that meets the evolving needs of the MSME sector.
A special session was delivered by Swamini Purvajananda Saraswati from Chinmaya Mission. She highlighted the importance of value-based education, self-motivation, and holistic development for both teachers and students, making the session highly insightful and inspiring.
The program witnessed enthusiastic participation from ITI faculty members, who appreciated the initiative and expressed the need for more such engagements to bridge the gap between education and industry.
