Vapi IKAI Holds First Committee Meeting for New Team – Valsad District, Gujarat
On 7th April 2026, the Vapi IKAI under Laghu Udyog Bharati, located in Vapi, Gujarat, successfully conducted its first committee meeting of the newly formed IKAI team. The meeting was held under the leadership of President Shri Kartik Patel, in the presence of Valsad District President Shri Mehul Patel and Mahamantri Shri Santosh Kumar.
The primary objective of the meeting was to review recent organizational progress and strengthen future planning for MSME development activities in the region. A detailed chronological review of key events and major association meetings conducted over the past two months was presented and discussed to ensure better coordination and continuity in execution.
Key operational issues were also reviewed, including the successful resolution of LPG supply-related challenges faced by member unit Accrapac, highlighting the association’s continued support for its industrial members. Additionally, important updates from the Pradesh office were shared regarding the upcoming LUB Expo 2026, scheduled from 23rd to 26th October 2026 in Gandhinagar, where Valsad District has been allotted 50 stalls, offering a significant opportunity for member industries to showcase their products and capabilities.
The meeting also focused on strengthening membership outreach, with a collective commitment to expand the reach of MSME schemes to maximum beneficiaries. The initiative aims to enhance awareness, participation, and benefit access among small and micro enterprises across the region, further reinforcing the mission of inclusive industrial growth.
