Another milestone in the CSIR–LUB partnership was marked on August 12, 2025, with the successful transfer of CSIR–NPL’s advanced technology for recycling metal/polymer laminate-based MLPs to LUB member Mr. Prateek Bansal of M/s Surya Compounds & Masterbatches Pvt. Ltd., Sonipat. This breakthrough innovation makes it possible to recover high-value materials from complex plastic waste streams, transforming them into resources for diverse industrial uses. By combining sustainability with technological advancement, the initiative not only supports circular economy principles but also sets a benchmark for eco-friendly industrial solutions.
