Vidyalankar Polytechnic Mumbai, in collaboration with Laghu Udyog Bharati under the existing MoU, is organizing a special 2-day online training program exclusively for LUB members. This initiative aims to strengthen the digital and managerial capabilities of MSMEs through practical learning and expert guidance.

The training program on “MIS & ERP – Effective Use of Management Systems and Digital Tools” will be conducted on 17th and 18th April 2026 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM in online mode. The workshop is thoughtfully designed to help MSMEs transform their routine business data into meaningful insights, enabling better decision-making across critical areas such as finance, inventory, and operations.

Through this session, participants will gain clarity on what data should be tracked and how it can be effectively utilized. They will learn to design simple yet impactful MIS reports, optimize the use of existing ERP systems, and improve overall business efficiency. Additionally, participants will receive ready-to-use templates along with a practical 30-day action plan to ensure smooth implementation in their respective businesses.
