Labour Codes Awareness Special Campaign Organized by Laghu Udyog Bharati – Goa

Laghu Udyog Bharati – Goa organized a Labour Codes Awareness Special Campaign on 7 March at EDC, Panjim, in association with the Ministry of Labour & Employment, Government of India and DTNBWED. The program was aimed at creating awareness among entrepreneurs and industry representatives about the new labour codes and their practical implications for businesses.

The session featured Mr. Prashant Edavi from DTNBWED, Goa (Ministry of Labour & Employment, Government of India) as the resource person. He delivered an insightful and informative presentation explaining the key provisions of the new labour codes, compliance requirements, and the benefits of adopting the simplified framework.

The workshop emphasized that understanding and simplifying the new labour codes is the first step toward building a smoother, more compliant, and growth-oriented business environment. Participants appreciated the session for providing clarity on regulatory changes and practical guidance for MSMEs and industrial establishments.

The initiative reflects Laghu Udyog Bharati’s continuous efforts to empower entrepreneurs with knowledge, strengthen industry compliance, and support sustainable business growth.
