Laghu Udyog Bharati – Telangana Representation at TGERC Public Hearing
Laghu Udyog Bharati – Telangana actively participated in the Public Hearing held on 7 March 2026 at the Telangana Electricity Regulatory Commission (TGERC) in Yerragadda, Hyderabad. During the hearing, the delegation presented several key concerns related to new HT services and other challenges being faced by MSMEs and industrial power consumers in the state.
The delegation also expressed its appreciation to the Commission for issuing orders on earlier representations submitted by Laghu Udyog Bharati. These actions by the Commission have provided significant relief to LT consumers, which was acknowledged and appreciated by the representatives.
After submitting the representation, the delegation met the Hon’ble Chairman and Members of the Commission and requested their personal attention to the pressing issues affecting industries. The Hon’ble Chairman responded positively and assured the delegation that the Commission would carefully examine the concerns raised and work towards suitable solutions.
The delegation included Venkatesh, President of LUB Telangana; Narender Nath Dutt, State General Secretary; Anuj Khandelwal, Treasurer; and T. Surender, Member of LUB Jangaon.
The Commission members present during the interaction included Justice Nagarjun, Chairman of TGERC; K. Raghu, Technical Member; Srinivasa Rao, Finance Member; and Ramchander, Secretary of TGERC.
