Laghu Udyog Bharati – Vadodara Vibhag successfully organized a two-day Karyakarta Prashikshan Varg on 23rd and 24th August 2025 at the tranquil and spiritually enriching Art of Living Gujarat Ashram. The program was designed to train and inspire newly appointed Vibhag, District, and Ikai karyakartas, focusing on enhancing leadership skills, deepening organizational understanding, and strengthening commitment to empowering MSMEs across Gujarat and India. The training camp aimed to orient karyakartas with the vision, mission, and values of Laghu Udyog Bharati, build grassroots leadership, provide practical guidance on policy advocacy and industry challenges, encourage team-building and networking, and promote self-development through Art of Living’s holistic methods. Highlights of the event included spiritual and motivational sessions, interactive workshops on MSME policies, financial management, entrepreneurship, and government schemes, as well as organizational training by senior LUB leaders like Shri Ishwarbhai Patel, Shri Hansrajbhai Gajera, Shri Arvindbhai Patel, and Shri Ashokbhai Patel. Participants also shared experiences and challenges, fostering peer learning and unity, and the launch of a GST CLINIC by Shri Sanjay Saraswat addressed MSME-related GST queries. The key outcomes included a deeper understanding of LUB’s structure, increased confidence and motivation among karyakartas, and an emphasis on mental well-being and holistic growth, reinforcing the values of seva, commitment, and leadership. Overall, the program successfully combined organizational training, spiritual enrichment, and practical learning, creating an inspiring environment aligned with LUB’s mission of building a self-reliant India through MSME empowerment, and the organization expressed heartfelt gratitude to the Art of Living Gujarat Ashram, dignitaries, speakers, and participants for their contributions to the event’s success.
