Industrial Visit Organized by LUB Coimbatore at Barani Hydraulics Pvt. Ltd.
The Coimbatore team of Laghu Udyog Bharati (LUB) organized a unique industrial visit with the objective of helping members understand the manufacturing practices of fellow entrepreneurs and to encourage knowledge sharing among industries. The visit was held at Barani Hydraulics Pvt. Ltd., where 35 members actively participated.
During the visit, participants had the opportunity to closely observe the company’s manufacturing processes, operational systems, and management practices. Such initiatives provide valuable exposure to entrepreneurs and help strengthen mutual learning, collaboration, and networking among members.
On this occasion, the Managing Director, Mr. Karuppanasamy, delivered an insightful and highly practical address. He shared his real-life entrepreneurial experiences and provided valuable guidance to all the participating entrepreneurs on managing businesses and overcoming challenges.
