Some of the key issues were as follows: –
Andaman & Nicobar Islands
• New Central Sector Industrial Scheme requested on lines of Unnati schemes of NER.
• High power tariffs.
• Review of Industrial Estate Policy 2025; requested.
• Diversion of land for industry to be prioritized.
Chandigarh
• Special policy for small plots; Request to allow 36ft (G+2) construction.
• Permit change of trade in industrial areas.
Puducherry
• Request for Inclusion in defence corridor.
• Revive skill project like STRIVE for manpower.
• Raise GST threshold to ₹40 lakh.
• Resolve PIPDIC 99-year lease issues; convert to freehold.
Jammu & Kashmir
• Enhance NCSS by ₹35,000 Cr for MSMEs & Timeline extension sought for MSMEs who have shown substantial progress.
• Equitable incentives for MSMEs & Request to Speed up land allotment.
Delhi
• DSIIDC: Leasehold to freehold conversion; infrastructure (water) & CETP Societies; rationalize O&M/FAR.
• MCD: Cut excessive fees/taxes/conversion charges.
• DDA: Resolve title disputes; allow mixed land use.
• DFS: Practical fire norms.
• DPCC: Harmonize norms; constructive approach.
• Delhi Jal Board: Lower connection charges; improve supply.
• Non-Conforming notified industrial areas & Household industries related issues.
