On 11 March 2025, Laghu Udyog Bharati (LUB) Erode Chapter organized an expert talk on "Growth Blueprint: Sales and Marketing Synergy" at EEDISSIA Hall, Erode, aimed at empowering micro-manufacturing unit members with strategies to enhance sales and marketing collaboration for business growth. The session, delivered by Shri R. Suresh Kumar, LUB Tamil Nadu State Vice President, emphasized the importance of synergy between sales and marketing for MSMEs. He provided insights on improving communication, expanding market reach, and driving business growth, with key takeaways including defining common goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) to align sales and marketing efforts, effective lead generation and revenue strategies, and organizing team meetings for better coordination and feedback sharing. The event was presided over by Shri Elango, President, with the support of Shri Sivaraj, Secretary, Shri Natrajan, Vice President, and Shri Mahalingam, Vice President, and was efficiently organized by Jt. Secretary Lavanya Ji along with other team members. The session witnessed active participation from 50+ entrepreneurs, including 15 women members from the micro food and cosmetics sector, all of whom pledged their commitment to the growth of MSMEs and the progress of the nation.
