LUB Salem District held its Installation of Office Bearers for 2025–2027 on 8th September 2025 at Salem, with more than 40 members participating in the ceremony. The meeting began with State Secretary N. Senthil Kumar welcoming members and presenting a review of activities for 2023–2025. General Secretary, LUB Tamil Nadu, Kalyanasundaram Ji announced the new office bearers, with Saravanan taking charge as District President and Gopinath as District Secretary for the new term. State Secretary Balakrishna addressed the gathering on business development opportunities, citing Tiruppur’s success story of mutual growth through job work collaborations. Vice President, LUB TN, Elango Ji elaborated on the LUB Network, highlighting trainings on GeM, ONDC, ZED certification, and the LEAP Portal for nationwide business collaboration. Kalyanasundaram Ji further spoke about district-level activities, urging members to work collectively for strengthening the MSME ecosystem while maximizing the benefits of LUB membership. The session also featured SIDBI representatives Rajiv (AGM) and Nandalal (Manager), who presented loan schemes and interacted with members. In his acceptance speech, District President Saravanan Ji assured members of addressing their concerns effectively. The event received media coverage from Janam TV, which telecasted Kalyanasundaram Ji’s address and his views on the impact of US Tariffs and GST Reforms 2.0 on MSMEs.
