First Invitation for Jalandhar Swayamsiddha 2024 Presented to Archana Jain
The first formal invitation for the 3-day Swayamsiddha event (scheduled from 29th November to 1st December 2024) was presented to Archana Jain, State Incharge of Women Works, Laghu Udyog Bharati – Punjab, on 16th November 2024.
Delegation Visit to Hoshiarpur
A delegation of Mahila Ikai Jalandhar (Centre & North) members, led by Seema Dhumal (State Incharge, Women Work, LUB-Punjab), visited Hoshiarpur to meet LUB Hoshiarpur office bearers and seek sponsorships for the upcoming event. The delegation included:

Appreciation and Support from Hoshiarpur Unit
The Hoshiarpur unit appreciated the Mahila Ikai's efforts, acknowledging this initiative as a first-of-its-kind endeavour by LUB in Punjab. They encouraged all units to contribute through sponsorships or stalls, emphasizing how this effort would strengthen Laghu Udyog Bharati and support women entrepreneurs.
Hoshiarpur Unit's Contribution
The Hoshiarpur unit, represented by Er. Amit Goyal, Rajesh Gupta, and Harpinder Singh Gill, generously contributed:
Sponsorship of ₹33,000 (via three cheques of ₹11,000 each).
One stall for the event.

Looking Ahead
