Monthly Meeting of LUB Mahila Ikai at Gymkhana, Jalandhar
The monthly meeting of LUB Mahila Ikai Jalandhar was held at Gymkhana, Jalandhar. The Guest of Honour for the session was Mrs. Anu Marwaha ji (गौ सेवा छत पर बाग़वानी प्रांत प्रमुख). During her insightful session, she educated the members on the importance of Organic Farming (also known as ecological or biological farming). She explained how this agricultural system relies on fertilizers of organic origin, such as compost manure, green manure, and bone meal, and emphasized techniques like crop rotation and companion planting. It was an informative and inspiring session for all attendees.
