The online meeting of Laghu Udyog Bharati (LUB) brought together representatives from Odisha East, Odisha West, South Bengal Sambhag, North Bengal Sambhag, Modhya Bengal Sambhag, Sikkim, and the Andaman and Nicobar chapters to discuss regional challenges and articulate a unified vision for 2025. The session, held from 4:00 PM to 6:30 PM, saw active participation from presidents and secretaries of the respective units, who highlighted difficulties faced in their regions and shared their plans to achieve organizational goals. Sri Om Prakash Mittal Ji, former National President and Eastern Region Prabhari, outlined the importance of LUB’s Six Minimum Programmes and stressed the need for creating and documenting Utpad Samuh (Product Groups) to enhance member collaboration. He urged Prabharis to educate members about the value of these groups and ensure their timely submission to the central office. The meeting was graced by Mananiya Shankar Panda Ji (Prant Pracharak and Palak Adhikari, Odisha West) and Sri Sitaram Ji Daga (Palak Adhikari, South Sambhag, Andaman & Nicobar), who provided valuable guidance. Sri Praveen Ji Agarwal emphasized the importance of establishing fully operational units in all districts of West Bengal by 2025, reinforcing the commitment to organizational expansion. Hosted by Sri Saroj Kumar Sahoo, National Working Committee Member, the meeting began with the Sangathan Mantra led by Sri Rajesh Ji Mishra (Treasurer, West Bengal), included a vote of thanks by Sri Gopal Dash Ji Agarwal (President, Odisha East), and concluded with the Shanti Mantra recited by Sri Praveen Kumar Agarwal Ji. The session exemplified collective dedication and strategic planning to strengthen LUB’s impact in the region.
