A stakeholder consultation meeting was held in New Delhi under the aegis of the Ministry of Commerce & DPIIT, chaired by the Hon'ble Union Minister Shri Piyush Goyal, to discuss the implementation of Quality Control Orders (QCOs) by MSMEs, in the presence of representatives from various industry associations. Laghu Udyog Bharati also presented several memoranda highlighting the challenges faced by MSMEs due to various QCOs across sectors, and sought necessary relaxations. The Ministry assured that the concerns raised would be carefully considered and addressed to support the growth and sustainability of MSMEs.
