A strategic meeting to initiate collaboration between Laghu Udyog Bharati and the National Institute of Technology (NIT) ecosystem was held on 26th February 2026. The national team of Laghu Udyog Bharati, led by Shri Naresh Chand Pareek, All India Joint General Secretary, and Shri Om Prakash Gupta, All India General Secretary, met with Dr. Ajay Kumar Sharma, Director, NIT, along with Dr. Kapil Sharma, Professor, NIT, to explore avenues of partnership. The discussions focused on technology support, innovation, research collaboration, and capacity building initiatives aimed at empowering small and micro industries. This interaction marks a positive and progressive step toward strengthening industry–academia engagement, enhancing technological capabilities, and ensuring sustainable growth for MSMEs across the nation.
