Laghu Udyog Bharati (LUB) is actively working to bridge the gap between industry and academia by fostering collaboration between industries and educational institutions. Fresh graduates often enter the workforce with limited industry exposure, making it challenging for them to meet business expectations. On the other hand, industries avoid investing in training fresh employees due to the additional cost and time involved.
To address this challenge, LUB facilitates stronger industry-institute partnerships through strategic MoUs. This initiative enables increased interaction between students and industry experts, providing them with practical exposure, industry insights, and skill-based learning. As a result, students become job-ready, improving their employability and reducing the skill gap in the workforce.
Aligning with the Hon’ble Prime Minister’s vision of making India a nation of “Job Givers” rather than “Job Seekers”, LUB’s efforts encourage students to explore entrepreneurial opportunities and contribute to business growth. By ensuring a steady supply of skilled professionals, LUB not only helps in reducing unemployment but also strengthens the industrial ecosystem, fostering economic growth and self-reliance.
