During my recent pravas to Andhra Pradesh on 26 February 2026, I had the distinct privilege of meeting the State President of Laghu Udyog Bharati, Andhra Pradesh, at his residence. We spent nearly two hours in an engaging, purposeful, and forward-looking discussion centered on strengthening our organizational mission and expanding our impact across the state.
The deliberations were comprehensive and strategic in nature. Key focus areas included strengthening and energising membership growth, expanding new units across strategically important districts, and promoting entrepreneurship-driven initiatives among MSMEs. We also emphasized the importance of deepening grassroots engagement, nurturing emerging leadership, and building a structured and sustainable organizational framework at the district and mandal levels.
During the interaction, I shared my perspectives and strategic suggestions aimed at accelerating growth, enhancing coordination between units, and reinforcing systematic expansion across Andhra Pradesh. Special attention was given to capacity building, structured review mechanisms, and aligning state-level activities with national objectives to ensure measurable and impactful outcomes.
The interaction was highly constructive and reflected a shared vision, clarity of purpose, and strong commitment toward expanding our footprint in Andhra Pradesh. The enthusiasm and dedication demonstrated reaffirmed our collective resolve to empower MSMEs and strengthen the self-reliant entrepreneurial ecosystem in the state.
The meeting was truly productive, insightful, and enriching — further solidifying our coordinated efforts toward organizational excellence and grassroots empowerment.
