The executive committee meeting of Jharsuguda District was successfully conducted in Jharsuguda, with 15–16 members in attendance. During the meeting, elections were held for office bearers, and both the existing president and secretary were re-elected, reflecting the members' continued trust in their leadership.
In a subsequent meeting held during my second visit to Sambalpur, the consistent efforts of our Eastern Zone Prabhari and former president, Shri Om Prakash Mittal ji, yielded commendable results. We engaged with a group of 40 individuals, out of which 20 showed keen interest in joining as members. Membership forms and payments have already been received from 5 individuals, and the remaining 15 are expected to complete their process by Monday.
We anticipate completing the formal unit formation within the coming week—a significant milestone that stands as a testament to Shri Om Prakash Mittal ji’s dedication, especially through his two focused visits to Sambalpur.
