Empowering the Next Generation of Business Leaders – Succession Planning Session at LUB Head Office

On 24th April 2025, Laghu Udyog Bharati (LUB) organized an impactful and knowledge-rich session on Succession Planning, led by the distinguished expert Dr. Hitesh Shukla from Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India (EDII), Ahmedabad. The session was held at the LUB Head Office, and witnessed enthusiastic participation from LUB members representing Delhi, Faridabad, and Greater Noida.

Adding to the vibrancy of the event, interns from Zakir Husain Delhi College, currently undergoing their internship program at LUB, also joined the session and benefitted from the expert insights.

Dr. Hitesh Shukla highlighted the critical importance of strategic leadership transition in family-run businesses, elaborating on tools and practices that ensure business continuity, sustainability, and legacy preservation. He emphasized the need for early planning, transparent communication, and the nurturing of next-generation leaders to secure long-term growth and stability.
