Mahila Karya Aayam formed by Laghu Udyog Bharati in promoting women entrepreneurship
Laghu Udyog Bharati is the only national-level organization working for the interests of micro and small industries. The organization’s approach towards women entrepreneurship has been progressive. As the number of industries run by women increased, the organization started a new chapter with the establishment of the first all-women unit in Ujjain in 2010.
Structure and expansion of women units
- At present, 48 all-women units are working across the country. Which are working in 12 states.
- Each unit consists of a minimum of 25 members.
- This expansion extends to 23 states and 4 union territories.
- A total of more than 4,000 women entrepreneurs are associated with the organization.
- Rajasthan is leading in this effort, where a total of 20 women units are active.
Women units include various types of micro, small and cottage industries.
The organization is constantly trying to solve the problems of women entrepreneurs at the district, state and national level. Those women entrepreneurs who manufacture useful products through their creative handicrafts and art skills, but to solve the problem of reaching their products to the consumer and to reach the products of women entrepreneurs to the market, exhibitions are organized under the registered trademark named Swayam Siddha.
- Till now more than 50 exhibitions have been organized in states like Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Punjab, and Assam.
- 500+ women entrepreneurs have benefited from these events.
- More than 5 states have participated in some exhibitions.
And women entrepreneurs are being provided incentives and financial assistance through government schemes.
There is also a plan to organize international meets to promote women producers in the international market.
This effort of Laghu Udyog Bharati is an important step towards strengthening women entrepreneurship.

In the recent past, Laghu Udyog Bharati signed 75 technology transfer contracts under the MoU for technology transfer between CSIR and Government of India, out of which 35 contracts were signed by women entrepreneurs
This is a special achievement of women’s work
In the future plan, work is going on to create a digital Lubimart for women
In this way, Laghu Udyog Bharati is continuously working towards strengthening women entrepreneurship
महिला उद्यमिता को प्रोत्साहित करने में लघु उद्योग भारती द्वारा गठित महिला कार्य आयाम
लघु उद्योग भारती (Laghu Udyog Bharati) राष्ट्र-स्तर का एकमात्र संगठन है जो सूक्ष्म और लघु उद्योगों के हितों के लिए कार्यरत है। महिला उद्यमिता के प्रति संगठन का दृष्टिकोण प्रगतिशील रहा है। जैसे-जैसे महिलाओं द्वारा संचालित उद्योगों की संख्या बढ़ी, संगठन ने 2010 में उज्जैन में पहली पूर्ण महिला इकाई की स्थापना के साथ एक नया अध्याय शुरू किया।
महिला इकाईयों की संरचना और विस्तार
• वर्तमान में पूरे देश में 48 पूर्ण महिला इकाइयां कार्यरत हैं।जो की १२ राज्यो में कार्य रत है
• प्रत्येक इकाई में न्यूनतम 25 सदस्य शामिल हैं।
• यह विस्तार 23 राज्यों और 4 संघ शासित प्रदेशों तक फैला हुआ है।
• कुल 4,000 से अधिक महिला उद्यमी संगठन से जुड़ी हुई हैं।
• राजस्थान इस प्रयास में अग्रणी है, जहां कुल 20 महिला इकाइयां सक्रिय हैं।
महिला इकाइयों में विभिन्न प्रकार की सूक्ष्म, लघु और कुटीर उद्योग शामिल हैं,
संगठन महिला उद्यमियों की समस्याओं को जिला, राज्य और राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर निरंतर सुलझाने का प्रयास कर रहा है। वे महिला उद्यमी जो अपनी सृजनात्मक हस्तकला और कला कौशल द्वारा उपयोगी उत्पादों का निर्माण करती है लेकिन उनके उत्पाद को उभोक्ता तक पहुँचाने की समस्या के निवारण के लिए तथा महिला उद्यमियों के उत्पादों को बाजार तक पहुंचाने के लिए स्वयं सिद्धा नामक पंजीकृत ट्रेडमार्क के अंतर्गत प्रदर्शनियां आयोजित की जाती हैं।
• अभी तक राजस्थान, मध्यप्रदेश, पंजाब, और असम जैसे राज्यों में 50 से अधिक प्रदर्शनियों का आयोजन हो चुका है।
• इन आयोजनों से 500+ महिला उद्यमी लाभान्वित हुई हैं।
• कुछ प्रदर्शनियों में 5 से अधिक राज्यों की भागीदारी रही है।
तथा महिला उद्यमियों को सरकारी योजनाओं के माध्यम से प्रोत्साहन और आर्थिक सहायता प्रदान की जा रही है।
अंतरराष्ट्रीय बाज़ार में महिला उत्पादको को प्रोत्साहन के लिए अंतरराष्ट्रीय मिलो के आयोजन की भी योजना है
लघु उद्योग भारती का यह प्रयास महिला उद्यमिता को मजबूत बनाने की दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण कदम है।

• महिला उद्यमियों को प्रशिक्षण और डिजिटल मार्केटिंग प्लेटफॉर्म से जोड़ने का कार्य कर रहे है

प्रशिक्षण कार्यशाला ,सरकारी योजनाओं की जानकारी ,बैंक लोन की जानकारी,टैक्सेशन एक्सपोर्ट,एमएसएमई की योजनाएँ आदि की वर्कशॉप का आयोजन लगातार किया जा रहा है
पिछले दिनों में लघु उद्योग भारती द्वारा सीएसआईआर भारत सरकार के बीच टेक्नोलॉजी ट्रांसफ़र के समझौता ज्ञापन के अन्तर्गत ७५ टेक्नोलॉजी ट्रांसफ़र के अनुबंध हुए उसके से ३५ अनुबंध महिला उद्यमी के द्वारा किए गए
यह महिला कार्य की एक विशेष उपलब्धी है
आगे की योजना में महिलाओं के लिए डिजिटल लयूबीमार्ट बनाने पर कार्य चल रहा है
इस तरह महिला उद्यमिता को मज़बूत बनाने की दिशा लघु उद्योग भारती निरंतर काम कर रहा है
