Puducherry State Executive Committee Meeting Concludes Successfully
The State Executive Committee Meeting of Laghu Udyog Bharati (LUB) Puducherry was successfully conducted in the esteemed presence of All India Organising Secretary Prakash Chandra and All India Joint General Secretary Mohana Sundaram. The meeting witnessed the active participation of 21 members and served as an important platform for organizational review and future planning.
The program commenced with a welcome address by National Executive Committee Member Suresh Babu. Thereafter, State General Secretary S. Ashok presented a comprehensive report on the various activities and initiatives undertaken by LUB Puducherry.
State President Visweswaran delivered the Presidential Address, emphasizing the organization’s commitment to MSME development. This was followed by an insightful guidance session by Mohana Sundaram, who outlined the future roadmap and strategic direction for strengthening LUB Puducherry.
In his special address, Prakash Chandra highlighted the crucial role of MSMEs in nation-building and encouraged members to adopt the “Each One, Bring One” membership expansion initiative to further strengthen the organization.
A significant milestone of the meeting was the initiation of efforts to establish a Mahila Wing in Puducherry. Newly associated women entrepreneurs were introduced to the chief guests, marking the beginning of a focused initiative to enhance women’s participation in the organization.
The meeting also featured an interactive session where Mahila Wing members and Executive Committee members introduced themselves and shared details about their businesses. Members actively participated in the open discussion and offered valuable suggestions for organizational growth and enhanced member engagement.
The program concluded with a vote of thanks delivered by State General Secretary S. Ashok, expressing gratitude to all dignitaries and participants for making the meeting a meaningful and productive success.
