LUB Tamil Nadu Core Committee Meeting Strengthens Organizational Vision
A focused and forward-looking Core Committee meeting of LUB Coimbatore and Tirupur units was successfully held on Saturday, 18 April 2026, under the leadership of Tamil Nadu State President, Shri Ver Chezhiyan, along with State Joint General Secretary, Shri Kalyansundaram.
The meeting served as a comprehensive review platform, where activities undertaken over the past six months were analyzed in detail. The State President presented a strategic roadmap, introducing new progressive initiatives aligned with the organization’s nine-pillar framework, aimed at strengthening grassroots impact and structured growth.
The State General Secretary emphasized the critical importance of LEAP registration, active involvement of district office bearers, and effective allocation of responsibilities across all nine pillars to ensure better execution and accountability.
Adding further insight, National Vice President Shri Vijayaraghavan appreciated the efforts of both units and introduced the inspiring concept of the “Big Banyan Tree,” symbolizing how each unit and member contributes to the strength and expansion of the organization as a whole.
MASSCOM National Core Committee Member Shri Sathyanarayanan shared valuable suggestions to improve internal communication and encouraged regular monthly programs at the Ikai level. He also highlighted the importance of utilizing the newly launched website for better connectivity, information sharing, and member engagement.
The meeting concluded on a positive and collaborative note with a vote of thanks delivered by District President Shri Shivasakthi, reaffirming the commitment of all members towards organizational growth and excellence.
