Laghu Udyog Bharati (LUB) hosted a Certificate Distribution Ceremony for the third batch of students from Zakir Husain Delhi College (ZHDC), marking the successful completion of their internship programme with LUB.
The programme was graced by Smt. Aarti Sehgal Ji, General Secretary, LUB Delhi, who highlighted the importance of internships in developing practical skills and gaining industry exposure. She encouraged the students to work hard, remain committed to continuous learning, and make the most of this important stage of their careers.
Representing Zakir Husain Delhi College, Shri Jagdish Bishnoi Ji and Shri Ashok Sharma Ji shared their perspectives on the internship programme and appreciated the successful partnership between ZHDC and LUB. They highlighted the value of providing students with opportunities to gain practical experience beyond the classroom.
Dr. Arshpreet Kaur, Nodal Officer – Research & Industry Collaborations, LUB, addressed the students and emphasised the importance of developing essential professional skills, including problem-solving, effective communication, teamwork, digital skills, taking initiative, completing assignments on time, and staying updated with emerging technologies.
The interns also shared their experiences, key learnings, and valuable suggestions for making future internship programmes more engaging and meaningful. Their reflections highlighted the practical knowledge and professional exposure gained through their association with LUB.
The ceremony reflected LUB’s continued commitment to youth skilling, practical learning, and strengthening Industry–Academia collaboration. Through such initiatives, LUB continues to provide students with meaningful exposure to the MSME ecosystem and help prepare young talent for future professional opportunities.
