Laghu Udyog Bharati Purvottar Prant to Celebrate 33rd Sthapana Diwas with Loan Mela and AI Seminar

Laghu Udyog Bharati (LUB), Purvottar Prant, is set to celebrate its 33rd Sthapana Diwas on Friday, 5 June 2026, from 6:00 PM onwards at Hotel Ornate, Guwahati. The event is being organized with the support of Nagarik Samabay Bank Ltd., the main sponsor, and will bring together entrepreneurs, industrialists, MSMEs, policymakers, and their families for an evening of celebration, networking, and business opportunities.
A key attraction of the program will be the Loan Mela, where participants can explore special loan schemes and financial solutions designed to support the growth and expansion of MSMEs. The event will also feature an insightful seminar on “Artificial Intelligence Reshaping Manufacturing,” highlighting the role of AI in modern manufacturing, smart automation, and productivity enhancement. In addition, an interactive session on industry policies and awareness will provide valuable information on government initiatives and support mechanisms available to entrepreneurs.
The program will be graced by Dr. J. B. Ekka, IAS, Additional Chief Secretary, Department of Industries & Commerce, Government of Assam, as the Chief Guest, while Shri Narendra Kumar Shah, IAS, Commissioner of Industries & Commerce, Government of Assam, will attend as the Guest of Honour.
