Laghu Udyog Bharati is organizing Textile Vision 2047 on Thursday, 1 October 2026, in Delhi, bringing together policymakers, industry experts, textile manufacturers, exporters, MSMEs, entrepreneurs, and other key stakeholders to deliberate on the future of India’s textile sector. With the theme “From Local Excellence to Global Leadership,” the conference aims to develop a strategic roadmap that will strengthen the industry’s contribution towards the vision of Viksit Bharat 2047.
The conference will provide a dynamic platform for discussions on expanding global market access through Free Trade Agreements (FTAs), ensuring the availability of quality raw materials, promoting sustainable and green manufacturing practices, enhancing export opportunities for textile MSMEs, simplifying regulatory frameworks to improve the ease of doing business, and strengthening government support to improve the competitiveness of India’s textile industry. Participants will also have the opportunity to exchange ideas, build strategic partnerships, and explore innovative solutions to accelerate the growth of the textile ecosystem.
The venue for the conference will be announced shortly. The event is being coordinated by Mahesh Hurkat, Kapil Gupta, and Pallavi Laddha, who will facilitate participation from industry leaders and stakeholders across the country. Through Textile Vision 2047, Laghu Udyog Bharati seeks to create a collaborative platform that will help position India as a global leader in textiles while empowering MSMEs to play a pivotal role in the nation’s economic growth and export expansion.
