Bathinda Industrial Interaction Meeting Strengthens MSME Collaboration and Organizational Growth
The Bathinda Unit of Laghu Udyog Bharti (LUB) organized a significant interaction meeting on 8 June 2026 during the visit of Shri Om Prakash Chandra Ji, Akhil Bharatiya Sangathan Mantri. The meeting was graced by the presence of Shri Arvind Dhumal Ji, National Vice President; Shri Pardeep Mongia Ji, State President; Shri Anil Sharma Ji, State Joint General Secretary; and Shri Vikrant Sharma Ji, Communication Prabhari, Punjab & Chandigarh.
The gathering focused on key issues related to industrial development, entrepreneurship promotion, industry-academia collaboration, and organizational strengthening. Along with members of the Bathinda Unit, the meeting witnessed the participation of several distinguished personalities from the region, including Shri Sarup Chand Singla Ji (Former MLA and President, BJP Bathinda Unit), Shri Ramnik Walia Ji (Prominent Social Worker and Jila Sangh Sanchalak), Shri Rajinder Raju Ji (Leading Businessman, Social Worker, and President of Shri Gaushala Bathinda), Shri Rajinder Pal Ji (Vice President, Sportking), Shri Sukhwinder Singh Jaggi Ji (Social Worker), and numerous industrialists from Bathinda.
Er. Avnish Kumar Khosla, President of Laghu Udyog Bharti Bathinda Unit, welcomed the distinguished guests and introduced the visiting national and state leadership. As a mark of respect and appreciation, the dignitaries were honored with mementos.
During the interaction, Shri Prakash Chandra Ji, Shri Arvind Dhumal Ji, and Shri Pardeep Mongia Ji engaged extensively with the industrial community. They emphasized the importance of unity among entrepreneurs and highlighted the pivotal role played by Laghu Udyog Bharti in representing MSMEs at national and state levels. The leaders elaborated on LUB’s achievements, its continuous engagement with government departments, and its contributions toward policy advocacy and the creation of a more supportive ecosystem for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises.
The session also featured valuable academic and social perspectives. Shri Pathania Ji, Professor and Head of Department at the Central University, shared insights into collaborative initiatives being undertaken by the university in coordination with the Bathinda Unit of LUB to bridge the gap between academia and industry. Additionally, the Head of Community Medicine from AIMS highlighted various health awareness programs and community welfare initiatives being carried out in partnership with Laghu Udyog Bharti.
The meeting concluded with a renewed commitment toward strengthening industry networks, fostering entrepreneurship, enhancing industry-academia partnerships, and expanding the organizational reach of Laghu Udyog Bharti to better serve the MSME sector.
