A delegation of Laghu Udyog Bharati (LUB), led by All India Organising Secretary Shri Prakash Chand Ji, met Hon’ble Union Minister for Consumer Affairs, Food & Public Distribution, Shri Pralhad Joshi Ji, to discuss key issues affecting MSMEs.
During the meeting, the delegation apprised the Hon’ble Minister of the challenges being faced by rice millers regarding the procurement of Custom Milled Rice (CMR). The delegation also highlighted industry concerns related to the Quality Control Order (QCO) for grey iron castings, seeking appropriate policy intervention.
Shri Pralhad Joshi Ji gave a patient hearing to the delegation and assured them that both issues would be examined positively and that appropriate action would be considered.
The delegation comprised All India General Secretary Shri Om Prakash Gupta Ji, All India Joint General Secretary Shri Naresh Pareek Ji, and All India Vice President Shri Sachin Sabnis Ji.
